The All Kids program is a state subsidized health insurance program for children in low-income families that reside in Illinois.  There are 250,000 uninsured children in Illinois, and the majority of those children come from families that make too much to qualify for KidCare.  To date there are more than 1.5 Million children enrolled in the program
