Eligibility and Costs

The Florida KidCare Program provides health insurance coverage for children only.  To be eligible, applicants must be:  under age 19, uninsured, not exceed family income limits, a U.S. Citizen, not eligible for Medicaid, and not be a dependent of a state employee that has health insurance coverage benefits.  Most families pay $15 or $20 per month, however if you exceed income limits you can pay full cost of the health coverage.
