The Healthy Connections Program provides health insurance coverage for children only.  To be eligible, applicants must be:  under age 19, uninsured, not exceed family income limits, a U.S. Citizen, a resident of South Carolina, currently uninsured for at least 3 months, parents or guardians not employed by the state of South Carolina.
